Our artisanal breads are freshly baked and yes… we make our own pasta.


We teamed up with Walla Walla Bread Company to create a special bread just for Salumiere Cesario. That’s right, WWBC bakes a French batard exclusively for us! It’s twice the width of a baguette, so you get more meal (the inside) to crust (the outside). Slightly crunchy on the outside and wonderfully chewy and light on the inside—this is true artisan bread. And you can only get it here!

We also bake breads from La Brea Bakery each day.


We make our fresh pasta on Sundays and regularly feature taglietelle, fettucini and the occasional filled pasta. We are perfecting our gnocchi too. But in the mean time, you can always take home a fantastic, packaged gnocchi from Italy that tastes amazing and is gluten free.
