We offer a seasonal selection of at least 20 different cheeses that are aged and stored in our very own, custom designed cheese closet.

We only sell cheeses as they become mature and never before they are ready. The cheese closet allows us to more closely control the aging and ripening of the cheeses that we select. Come in and try a sample —you’ll be amazed at how exceptional a perfectly aged cheese can be.

Our cheese inventory rotates about every two weeks and changes with the seasons to reflect the best selections for the time of year. There are too many to list, but here are a few that we carry regularly:

  • Manchego (Aged 8 months and made from raw milk)
